"Champagne is a really delicious glass of wine."
We're all supposed to love Champagne. At least that's what we think, it's a famous luxury item after all. But do you honestly not like Champagne or never really enjoyed a glass? It's tart, it's yeasty, so what's the big deal? I get it because I felt that way too for a long time and there's a reason folks feel that way. I'm here to change your mind and it starts with tasting Champagne that will make you think first and foremost,
"This is a really delicious glass of wine."
Join us on February 3rd for an exclusive tasting of authentic Champagne.
Sparkling wines come from many places with many different names but only wines from the Champagne region in France produced under strict methods are
legally allowed to be called Champagne.
Here at VWM we support Grower Champagne, which is produced by grape growing families who make the wine themselves rather than by large companies that purchase fruit from other sources. We believe that these wines are more definitive, distinctive, offer better quality, and more interest. If you'd like to read more, see "What is Grower Champagne and Why Do Wine Geeks Love It"
As such we'll try a few of our Champagne selections, including Premier Cru and Grand Cru along with the well known Veuve Clicquot (which we don't sell). You won't "get it" until you taste so come and taste them side by side and see for yourself.
