Baker's Bourbon was named in honor of Baker Beam -- grand-nephew of Jim Beam, a tenured distiller who worked at the Jim Beam Distillery for over three decades, and cousin to Booker Noe, our 6th generation distiller. Aged for a minimum of seven years and bottling at 107 proof, it is celebrated for its individuality just like the man himself.
